The kids loved the water park facilities during our stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the terrible smell in the second room. Both rooms had an awful odor coming from the pillows and mattresses. It was so bad that even my young child noticed it, making our stay uncomfortable and sleepless.

absoluteley disappointing, the breakfast was described as 'award winning,' yet it was a chaotic horror, and the coffee was something I'd rather not mention. to add insult to injury, i expected a complimentary gesture for our trouble, maybe a room upgrade, but apparently those things are just for other 'special' guests. 😠

Great stay with a fab breakfast!

We had a cozy 3-night stay in a twin room. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, amazing choices! The bar area was nice for hanging out. The room was comfy, but the TV not working left us a bit bummed. Also, it’d be cool if the fridge was bigger for longer stays.
